The Kingdom Of Urunga – Where the Clans come together for Holiday.

Yes, I will eventually have this blog up to date and just in time to finish the Internet. Therefore:

In Urunga on the Kalang, at the juncture of the Bellinger sits Castle William, the highest and most respected in all the land. Tis the meeting grounds of the clan Williams. They gather from near and afar to celebrate the Holiday. To this we were invited guests and requested to join the 'Tournament de O'Shit', an annual affair to see who is the best Bastard at the game of cards. I think that means winner. Before the games begin, it is required to have some practice rounds, consume a ton of victuals, imbibe in the grog, share storied tales of yore and just plain enjoying the company of all. It shall be done.

Let's begin by a nice evening with Pauline and Colin on Thursday the 20th, just relaxing and chatting on the patio. The 21st was a peaceful day before the storm, we did a boardwalk into the mangrove at the Urunga Lagoon, eating, relaxing and enjoying their yard, then a good Chinese dinner at the Urunga Bowling Club. We really enjoyed just sitting and visiting with Pauline and Colin. Too bad the kids weren't there to defend themselves.

On the 22nd, we lazed around, awaiting the arrival of the King Boris and Queen Kris of the Southern Kingdom. Finally – Hugs & Tears – Food & Beers – Wine – Visiting – enjoying Princess Tory & Princess Kaiya as well. On the 23d after the usual morning feed routine we relax before Boris,Kris and us are off to Coff's to return our chariot, buy some groceries at Toormina (don't forget the Tooheys), after all how can you eat all day without food. Dinner was Fajita night.

The creeping Santas are trying to sneak in early.

Looking in the window he spots the tree.

Oh my! How they have grown - beautiful too.

The big long wait for Christmas is about to end, it's the 24th and back to Toormina, we didn't get enough Tooheys. Then on over to Gleniffer Castle in the nearby Bonville Village for Prawns and a practice round of cards with Terry and Cathy, the rulers of their domain.

Back to Urunga , Jo Ann went for Chinese Takeaway. We ate and returned to cards. Sent the Princesses off to slumberland and did the St. Nick thing.

Put'n the goodies out for Santa. Don't forget the Tooheys.

Tree and presents are accounted for.
